Die Installation UNGEROCHEN, KLAGLOS/ O.T. entstand in Kooperation mit dem Landestheater Linz – parallel zu der Theaterproduktion „Das Goldene Vlies“ von Franz Grillparzer. Der Künstler nahm die vorgefundene Situation im Gebäude, der verlassenen Anton Bruckner Privatuniversität für Musik, Schauspiel und Tanz (1970-2015), als Basis für seine Arbeit. Ausgangspunkt für sein Kunstwerk war der Tanzsaal, sowie Türen aus dem Gebäude. Die daraus entstandene Rauminstallation thematisiert die Desorientierung und Ortlosigkeit im bereits entseelten Gebäude. Sie nimmt Bezug auf die Vergangenheit, sowie die Zukunft des Objekts. Das Kartenhaus, eine Pastiche, ist Sinnbild für die Zerbrechlichkeit und Vergänglichkeit von Bauwerken und Karriereträume.

The installation UNGEROCHEN, KLAGLOS/ O.T. was created in cooperation with the Landestheater Linz – parallel to the theatre production „Das Goldene Vlies“ by Franz Grillparzer. The artist took the found situation in the building, the abandoned Anton Bruckner Private University for Music, Drama and Dance (1970-2015), as the basis for his work. The starting point for his artwork was the dance hall and doors from the building. The resulting spatial installation addresses the disorientation and placelessness in the already disembodied building. It refers to the past as well as the future of the object. The house of cards, a pastiche, is a symbol for the fragility and transience of buildings and career dreams.
